Here’s how it works: you get access to our web based shop software. When a repair client comes in, simply log in, enter the client’s and instrument’s information then add a short note pointing us toward what they’re looking for. We then email you a mailing label and you send it via UPS. If you have store stock to send, talk to us about pallet options and freighting repairs to our shop.
Once received in our shop, estimates are made and given to the client (which could be you if we’re doing your store stock) by email and phone call. Once the work has been approved, the instrument is put in the cue for repair. Once completed, the client is contacted for payment and then the instrument is shipped back directly to the client so you only have to touch it once - no chasing customers to get them to pick up repairs.
Your login sets the repair as yours and commissions are paid on a monthly basis. You get to offer repair services to your clients bringing them into your location, we take care of the rest and you get paid a commission for collecting and boxing an instrument.
We are not retailers, so any and all reeds, cleaning supplies and instrument sales are yours and we’re good at suggesting the client needs to spend some money with you.
We do process store stock instruments. All of your rentals will be prepped and ready by the time school starts. Not all techs understand the need or value in store stock work. We get it and want to be of service to you. Easily upload an entire spread sheet of inventory into our system, get estimates before any work is done and approve or decline any work online. It’s really quite simple. Do you stock private labeled instruments? Good job! We understand this need and know how to service all instruments, no matter what brand name is stamped on them.
