Repair Consultations
Need help? I'm here to help.
It may not be so broken you can't fix it yourself, or maybe you're a new tech staring at an instrument on your bench and you have no idea what to do next. Either way, I'm here to help.
I've been repairing instruments since 1995 and I continue to learn more about this trade on a daily basis. I'm happy to share what I've learned or discuss solutions considering the tooling you have.
We can chat on the phone or get on Zoom so you can see how things are done with a multi-camera set up, making it easy to see every last detail.
If you're a store owner and have a new tech, especially those straight out of school and no mentor tech, I offer packages to make it easy for your new tech to reach out at any time. Call me to discuss this option.

Compensating Mentors
If your mentor tech is losing income to train your next technician, you're doing it wrong. Learn practical ways to increase your bottom line and the mentors for a win-win plan that motivates!
Concepts vs Steps
Learn to teach repair concepts rather than step-by-step instructions when training new repair staff. This subtle shift is remarkably affective when training new staff.
