Premium Music Products offers full-time Apprenticeship options. Send your aspiring technician to our shop for up to 12 months so they can work on hundreds of instruments and come back truly ready to be a profitable addition to your team.
Shorter-term training options are available. These start with our online course and then finish the training with in-shop experience so we know they're doing things right. Alternatively, you can use our curriculum as a guideline for your techs training your staff.

Customer Repair
You get access to our web based shop software. When a repair client comes in, simply log in, enter the client’s and instrument’s information, then add a short note pointing us toward what they’re looking for. We then email you a mailing label so it can be sent via UPS.
Once received in our shop, estimates are made and given to the client by email & phone. After approved, the instrument is put in the cue for repair. When completed, we contact the client for payment then ship it back directly to them so you only have to touch it once - no chasing customers to get them to pick up repairs.
Your login sets the repair as yours and commissions are paid on a monthly basis. You get to offer repair services to your clients, bringing them into your store... we take care of the rest, and you get paid a commission for collecting and boxing an instrument. That's easy profit.
We are not retailers, so any and all reeds, cleaning supplies, strings and instrument sales are yours, and we're good at suggesting the client needs to spend money with you.

Rental Returns
Ship your rental returns to us by the box or pallet full. Easily upload an entire spreadsheet of inventory into our system, then get estimates before any work is done. Approve or decline work online.
We understand your need to have your inventory prepped and ready by fall rush so we clean the cases, mouthpieces and polish the instruments. Not all techs understand the need or value in store stock work. We get it and want to be of service to you.
Are you private labeling your inventory? Great, and good job. We know how to deal with parts availability on private label instruments and won't give you a hard time just because the instrument doesn't have our favorite brand name on it.
Once completed, inventory will be returned to you in bulk to save on freight.
